Elevating the health and safety standards of your workplace is a crucial step, and we are here to assist you in achieving that goal. We specialise in providing exceptional in-house first aid training, tailored for groups of up to twelve participants, at a time, date, and location that best fits your schedule.
Our team comprises qualified and seasoned instructors, equipped to deliver a diverse array of first aid courses. This includes emergency first aid, general first aid, and paediatric first aid courses.
Our training is designed to equip your staff with the necessary skills to confidently handle both minor injuries, like cuts and scrapes, and more severe situations, such as burns and fractures. Additionally, we offer specialised training in critical emergency procedures, including CPR and defibrillation.
Convenience and Minimal Disruption
Our in-house training approach is crafted to ensure minimal interruption to your daily operations. Our proficient trainers will come directly to your workplace, providing a convenient and effective learning environment for your team. How In-House Training Works
We bring everything to you — an experienced trainer, manikins, defibrillator trainers, bandages and all course materials. You provide a room big enough for floor work (a meeting room or canteen is usually fine), tables and chairs. Courses run for up to 12 learners per day at a fixed £395 + VAT per day, so for five or more staff it’s almost always cheaper than public course places — with no staff travel time.
We deliver across Liverpool and the wider North West — Merseyside, Wirral, St Helens, Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn and beyond.
Assessment & Certification
Assessment is continuous and practical, exactly as on our public courses. Every successful learner receives the same fully accredited certificate — FAIB for workplace first aid courses, Qualsafe Awards (Ofqual-regulated) for paediatric and mental health — valid for three years, with e-certificates issued promptly after the course.

How many people can attend?
Up to 12 learners per course, per day (8 for Mental Health First Aid) — that’s the awarding-body maximum for quality, hands-on training. Larger teams can be split across multiple days or parallel trainers.
What do we need to provide?
Just a suitable room with space for floor-based practice, plus tables and chairs. We bring all training equipment and materials.
Is in-house cheaper than public courses?
Usually from five staff upwards. At £395 + VAT per day for up to 12 people, a full group works out at around £33 per person for EFAW — against £95 per person on a public course.
Can you train outside normal working hours?
Yes — we regularly run evening and weekend sessions to fit around shift patterns. Tell us what you need and we’ll work around you.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere in Liverpool and the North West is covered by the standard day rate; further afield is usually possible — just ask.
